2022 was a great year for The Mariachi Miracle.

In August we presented a Sneak Peek rough cut of 45 minutes from the film The Mariachi Miracle at Tucson’s Fox Theatre. Over 800 showed up for the event, and the feedback was fantastic and very helpful.

Later we did smaller private screenings for the Tucson High and Roskruge mariachi and folklórico students, for Bank of America during Hispanic History Month and at Patagonia’s Tin Shed Theatre. The latter two screenings were primarily to see if audiences from outside the mariachi and folklórico communities would connect with the film, and clearly they did!

Work has continued since and next year, the finished film will head out into the festival world and beyond. 

That is when we need your help most of all to make sure that we have the funds to enter those festivals and travel to them, as well as to cover the costs of licensing of music and creating the final version of the film.
